Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6.00 to 7.30 there are training sessions usually well attended, run by Joel when he is in the country. All types of sessions are covered according to water levels and paddlers' training programmes.

Tuesdays at 6.00 to 7.30 coaching for Div 4/3 level and Div 2/1 level by Gordon Walling - BCU Club Coach (see news) helped by an experienced club paddler.
Also: Entry junior group, Paddlepower (PP)1 to 9 - 4 week courses by arrangement in the summer.
         After school courses in the summer by arrangement.

Saturday 11.00 to 12.30
coaching by Gordon Walling - BCU Club Coach, and usually a club helper. All clubs welcome.  There may only be one coach and some self-coaching expected. ,
Some sessions will not run if most paddlers are at events or there is a club event elsewhere. Check the calendar below.
